Noble Meridian Direct Customer Service Policies

Private pay residential cleaning and housekeeping

Version 2.3 Effective for new acceptances September 26 2026

These policies explain how Noble Meridian quotes, schedules, performs, documents, and collects payment for direct-customer work. The approved estimate controls the customer-specific scope and price. Referral or program work follows the written program terms when those terms differ.

This version applies when accepted for future service. Earlier accepted bookings retain their agreed terms unless a change is accepted. The associated electronic estimate supplies customer, property, scope, frequency, price and deposit details; its signature record supplies acceptance. No separate printed policy signature is required.

1 Estimates scope and pricing

Only services listed in the approved estimate are included. Appliance or cabinet interiors, full wall washing, detailed interior windows and exterior work are excluded unless written into the estimate. The service limits in Section 1A apply to all work.

If actual size, condition, clutter, access, occupancy, pet impact, or requested work is materially different, Noble Meridian will pause and obtain approval before revising the scope or price.

Permanent stains, worn finishes, hard-water etching, damaged grout, mold staining, paint defects, and other pre-existing conditions may not be removable.

1A Veteran Home Reset and VSG-coordinated visits

Ordinary cleaning and the light tidying needed for cleaning remain available to all households. Separately quoted light Home Reset support is available to veterans, whether they pay privately or also receive VSG-coordinated services. VSG participation or VA benefit approval is not required for a private-pay Veteran Home Reset quote.

Private-pay Reset & Contain is $60 per hour, billed as $30 per 30-minute block. Total the Reset & Contain time for the visit and round up once to whole 30-minute blocks, not separately by room or task. Agree the tasks, priorities and time allowance before work; obtain approval before adding time or charges. A fixed allowance accepted in the estimate controls that booking. Reset & Contain is limited pickup and containment; Assisted Put-Away is a different scope and must be separately agreed. Neither is a free or unlimited bonus.

VSG-coordinated visits follow the household's written authorized cleaning tasks, priorities, hours, dates and payment arrangements. Work is prioritized within those hours; whole-home completion is not guaranteed. Tasks already covered by VSG authorization are not charged again. Any genuinely additional optional private-pay work requires a separate accepted quote and must not overlap program-covered work. The private-pay Reset rate is not a VSG program rate.

No hoarding cleanup, heavy or unrestricted organizing, biohazard cleanup, active-infestation remediation, heavy lifting or moving, unsafe ladder work, or restoration is offered through either pathway. No personal or medical care, supervision or respite, medication assistance, transportation, errands or meal services. Medications, sensitive papers, cash, jewelry, firearms/ammunition and uncertain valuables are not handled as ordinary tidying.

2 Service area and travel

Pearl River, Slidell, and Lacombe are core service areas with no routine travel fee for an approved address.

Abita Springs, Mandeville, Covington, and Madisonville are extended areas. Extended service is normally biweekly or monthly, is subject to address and route approval, and carries a $30 travel fee per visit.

The normal route limit is approximately 35 road miles from Pearl River. Any other address requires a written exception and a travel charge displayed on the estimate.

3 Booking deposits

Standard and recurring maintenance visits normally require no deposit, except when the $300-or-more trigger applies or the estimate states otherwise.

First-time deep cleans, move-in or move-out services, and quoted jobs of $300 or more require a 25% deposit with a $75 minimum. The deposit is credited to the final invoice.

Any deposit already paid is credited toward the single cancellation fee, not charged in addition to it. Only the shortfall remains due. Any excess deposit is refunded, or transferred if the customer chooses. With at least 24 hours' notice, the customer may choose a refund or transfer of the unused deposit.

4 Cancellation rescheduling and no access

Cancel or reschedule by text or email at least 24 hours before the confirmed arrival window begins to avoid a fee. With less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day cancellation, the fee is 50% of the agreed service subtotal for that visit. The same 50% fee applies to a customer-caused no-show or no-access visit. There is no additional 100% same-day penalty.

The service subtotal means the accepted cleaning price and specifically booked add-ons after agreed discounts, excluding separately listed travel, taxes and tips. The accepted price for that visit controls; declining a newly proposed price does not by itself trigger a cancellation fee.

For customer-caused access, utility, safety or unsecured-pet problems that prevent service, Noble Meridian will contact the customer and allow up to 15 minutes after the arrival message within the agreed arrival window, where it is safe to wait, before treating the visit as no access. No one is required to remain in an unsafe situation.

Noble Meridian may waive or reduce a fee for genuine illness, an emergency or dangerous weather. If Noble Meridian cancels an unperformed visit, no customer cancellation fee applies and the customer may choose a refund or transfer of the unused deposit. A waiver does not change the rule for later visits.

This cancellation rule applies to direct private-pay Standard, Recurring, Deep and individually quoted Move-In/Move-Out cleaning visits. An accepted fixed Reset allowance included in a cleaning visit is part of its service subtotal. Standalone hourly or custom work requires an agreed reservation amount and cancellation terms in the estimate. VSG or other referral/program work follows its separate written authorization and payment terms; the same work is not billed twice.

5 Arrival access and customer preparation

A 30-minute arrival window will be confirmed. Noble Meridian will text or call if a delay is expected to exceed 15 minutes.

The customer must provide safe access, running water, electricity, reasonable indoor temperature, and necessary gate, alarm, parking, or entry instructions.

Secure cash, jewelry, medications, documents, firearms, sentimental property, and fragile collectibles. Identify special-care surfaces and pre-existing damage before work begins.

Clear ordinary clutter from surfaces and floors when possible. Decluttering, sorting, folding, and home-reset work are separate unless included in the estimate.

6 Cleaning methods and service limits

Standard cleaning includes visible spot cleaning of reachable interior doors, frames, handles, and switch areas as needed. Deep cleaning and move-in or move-out cleaning include hand-wiping reachable interior doors and frames in approved rooms.

Doors and frames are cleaned with a clean microfiber cloth and a surface-appropriate all-purpose cleaner. Noble Meridian does not use blades, scraping, abrasive pads, melamine sponges, aggressive adhesive removal, sanding, paint repair, or finish restoration on doors or frames. Work stops if a finish begins lifting or transferring.

Noble Meridian does not perform mold or pest remediation, crime-scene or serious biohazard cleanup, unsafe-height work, heavy furniture or appliance movement, repairs, personal care, medical care, supervision, transportation, or medication handling.

7 Pets health and safety

Pets may remain if calm and non-interfering. Aggressive, fearful, escaping, or work-interfering pets must be secured away from the active work area.

Noble Meridian may refuse or stop work involving needles, weapons, illegal substances, active infestation, uncontrolled mold, serious biohazards, unsafe structures, dangerous utilities, or animal or human waste beyond ordinary household cleaning. Approved work already performed and approved nonrefundable costs remain payable; the unperformed-visit cancellation fee is not automatically added on top.

Tell Noble Meridian promptly about contagious illness. No customer, child, adult, or pet may be placed under Noble Meridian's supervision.

8 Payment and records

Payment is due when service is complete unless the estimate or invoice gives another due date.

Before confirming a new direct private-pay appointment, the customer must save a card securely through Housecall Pro unless Noble Meridian accepts a different payment arrangement in writing. This applies to visits without a deposit as well as visits requiring one. Saving a card is not a deposit, a charge, or a guarantee of payment. Never send card numbers or security codes by email, text, or in a service note.

By electronically accepting the estimate and these terms, the customer confirms that they are the cardholder or are authorized by the cardholder to permit the following charges to the card they save for this service: the deposit amount shown and accepted on the estimate when due; the accepted service amount and separately approved changes at completion, less deposits and other payments already applied; and any applicable late-cancellation or no-access fee under the accepted policy, after crediting the deposit. No unapproved extras, duplicate payments, or automatic gratuities are authorized. An authorized charge may be made without the cardholder being present.

For recurring service, this authorization applies to each accepted visit at the agreed frequency and price, subject to the same payment, notice, change-approval and cancellation rules. Noble Meridian will communicate the amount before each charge and email a receipt. Saving a card does not itself schedule an automatic charge or replace review of the amount due.

The customer may request another payment method or revoke authorization for future card charges by contacting Noble Meridian by text or email before the charge is processed. Revocation does not cancel a reserved visit or remove amounts already owed. Future appointments may require a different written payment arrangement. Card or ACH payment through Housecall Pro is preferred; cash or check must be arranged in writing in advance and will be receipted. This card authorization does not authorize bank-account debits; any ACH authorization is handled separately through the payment process.

Deposits, approved changes, discounts, travel fees, refunds, and balances will appear on the estimate or invoice. Any legally required tax will be shown separately when applicable.

A returned or reversed payment remains due together with any actual bank or processor fee charged to Noble Meridian where allowed by law.

9 Damage breakage and satisfaction

Noble Meridian documents and reports known damage or breakage. Customers should report a concern within 24 hours when reasonably possible and preserve the item or area for review.

For a covered service-quality concern, Noble Meridian will make a reasonable effort to inspect and, when appropriate, provide a touch-up within 48 hours. A refund is considered after a reasonable opportunity to correct the work unless correction is impractical.

Accidental damage may be addressed through repair, replacement, reimbursement, or an insurance claim. These policies do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

10 Photos privacy and recurring service

Condition photos may be taken when reasonably needed for quoting, change approval, access documentation, quality control, or damage review. Customer-identifying or marketing photos require separate permission.

Recurring pricing assumes the agreed frequency and a reasonably maintained condition. Standard maintenance is used after a condition assessment; a whole-home Deep is not automatically required. Skipped visits or a material condition change may require an approved catch-up scope and price before maintenance resumes. Recurring rate changes require at least 30 days' notice. Initial-only extras do not repeat unless listed.

Recurring service continues at the agreed frequency with no minimum term, minimum number of visits, separate early-termination fee or repayment of past recurring discounts. The customer may end recurring service by text or email; the 24-hour appointment rule still applies to an already reserved visit. Approved completed work, applicable cancellation fees after deposit credits and other outstanding balances remain due.

Noble Meridian will give reasonable advance written notice when ending ordinary recurring service. Repeated late cancellations or access problems may lead to release of the standing slot after discussion and written notice; future visits would be subject to availability. Noble Meridian may end service immediately for nonpayment, harassment, discrimination, unsafe conditions or other material violations.
