General FAQs

How do I request a quote?
Complete our Cleaning Quote form with your home and service details. For a remote quote, choose “Remote quote using photos” and upload the requested photos in the form. You can also request an in-person walkthrough. We review the condition and scope before sending a personalized flat quote. Submitting the form starts an inquiry; it does not book an appointment.

What are the service areas?
Core service area: Pearl River, Slidell, and Lacombe. Approved extended Northshore routes to Abita Springs, Mandeville, Covington, and Madisonville have a $30 per-visit travel fee and are generally available for biweekly or monthly service.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Noble Meridian brings the standard supplies and equipment planned for the approved service. Tell us before the visit if your home requires a specific product or has a product sensitivity.

What happens after I request a quote?
We review your details and contact you about the appropriate service. Your Housecall Pro estimate will show the proposed scope, price and any travel fee or booking deposit. Review the estimate and supplied agreement and policies, then complete the electronic signature to accept. We confirm the service date and arrival window with you. Before appointment confirmation, save a card through our secure Housecall Pro link unless we agree to another payment arrangement in writing.

What about recurring frequency?
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring housekeeping.

Are pets allowed in the home?
Pets are welcome, but please share any instructions in advance and secure any pet that may be anxious, protective, or likely to interfere with cleaning.
Booking & Service Policies
The full Service Policies are linked at the bottom of this page.

Do I need to print the service agreement?
No. Your Housecall Pro estimate contains your customer and service details and is supplied with the service agreement and policies. Review them, choose Approve and complete the name, signature and electronic-consent steps. Simply opening the email or clicking Approve without finishing the signature does not complete acceptance. You receive a signed copy by email.

Do you require a deposit?
First-time Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out cleaning and quoted jobs of $300 or more require a 25% booking deposit with a $75 minimum unless your estimate states otherwise. The deposit is credited to your final invoice. Other Standard and recurring maintenance visits normally do not require a deposit. Any required deposit is shown on your estimate.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
For private-pay cleaning visits, cancel or reschedule by text or email at least 24 hours before your confirmed arrival window begins to avoid a fee. With less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day cancellation, the fee is 50% of the accepted service subtotal for that visit. The same fee applies to a customer-caused no-show or no-access visit.

The subtotal includes accepted cleaning and booked add-ons after discounts, excluding separately listed travel, taxes and tips. A paid deposit is credited toward this single fee; only a shortfall remains due, and you may choose a refund or transfer of any excess. With at least 24 hours' notice, you may choose a refund or transfer of your unused deposit. We may reduce or waive a fee for genuine illness, emergencies or dangerous weather. See the full Service Policies for access details and exceptions. Standalone hourly/custom work and referral-program work follow their separately agreed terms.

Does recurring service have a long-term contract or exit fee?
No minimum term or minimum number of visits applies. There is no separate early-termination fee or repayment of past recurring discounts. You may end recurring service by text or email. The 24-hour cancellation rule still applies to an already reserved visit, and outstanding balances remain due. Any recurring rate change requires at least 30 days' notice.

Is a Deep Cleaning required before recurring service?
Not automatically. We assess the home's condition first. Standard maintenance may be suitable immediately, or we may recommend targeted detail work or a Deep Cleaning when needed. Any catch-up scope and price is approved before work begins.

When is payment due?
Payment is due at completion unless your estimate or invoice states otherwise. Before appointment confirmation, private-pay customers save a card securely through Housecall Pro unless we accept another payment arrangement in writing, including visits without a deposit. Your estimate signature includes permission for the accepted deposit, completion balance and applicable cancellation/no-access fee after credits. We communicate the amount before charging and email a receipt. Saving a card does not itself charge it. Card or ACH is preferred; cash or check must be arranged in writing in advance. See the full Service Policies for authorization and revocation details.

What if I have a concern after cleaning?
Please contact us within 24 hours when reasonably possible and preserve the area or item for review. For a covered service-quality concern, we make a reasonable effort to inspect and, when appropriate, provide a touch-up within 48 hours. See the full Service Policies for details.

How is my cleaning price determined?
Your quote reflects the areas to be cleaned, home size, bathrooms, condition, frequency, selected extras and any approved travel fee. You receive the scope and flat price before accepting. If conditions or requested work are materially different on arrival, we ask for approval before changing the scope or price.

Is Veteran Home Reset only available through VSG?

No. Veterans can request a separate private-pay quote without VSG participation or VA benefit approval. Reset & Contain is $30 per 30-minute block ($60/hour), rounded once over the visit's reset time. Tasks and the time allowance are agreed before work; extra time requires approval. VSG visits follow their authorized cleaning tasks, hours and payment arrangements. Work already covered by VSG is not charged twice. No hoarding cleanup, heavy organizing, biohazards or heavy lifting.

Specialized Support

Does Noble Meridian help veterans apply for VA benefits?

No. Noble Meridian provides cleaning and housekeeping and a referral connection through Veteran Service Group (VSG). VSG and VA-accredited professionals handle benefit screening and any benefits application. Noble Meridian does not prepare or file VA claims.

Who can request Veteran Support screening?

A veteran, surviving spouse, family member, or person assisting the household may start a basic inquiry. VSG or a VA-accredited professional determines what screening or next steps are appropriate.

Can services begin while VA benefits are pending?

Do not assume service is authorized until VSG confirms the approved service, hours, timing, and payment arrangements. Availability and authorization depend on the household’s circumstances and are not guaranteed.

Is VA approval guaranteed?

No. Eligibility and benefit decisions are made by the VA or other agencies. Noble Meridian cannot guarantee approval or specific benefit amounts.

Can surviving spouses qualify?

Certain surviving spouses may potentially qualify based on their relationship to the veteran and other factors. VSG or a VA-accredited professional must review the individual circumstances.

Do I have to be 65?
For veteran referrals through our VSG partnership, yes. The veteran must be at least 65 and meet the remaining intake requirements. Surviving-spouse inquiries follow the applicable requirements. This describes our partner referral process, not every possible VA benefit pathway.

Can someone help me with the paperwork?
Yes. Contact Noble Meridian if you need help getting started. A family member can also assist with your permission. VSG’s required intake still needs to be completed, and accredited professionals handle benefits advice and claims.

Do I have to complete everything online?
No. You can start by calling or texting us. We will explain the next steps and the appropriate way to provide the required information.
