Standard Cleaning
Routine upkeep for a reasonably maintained home. Includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, reachable dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping accessible floors, ordinary trash, light tidying and bed making when requested, plus spot-cleaning reachable doors, frames, handles and switch areas.
Recurring Housekeeping
Weekly, biweekly or monthly maintenance using the Standard Cleaning scope after the home is brought to maintenance condition. An initial Deep Cleaning or targeted detail work may be recommended when buildup or overdue areas need attention.
Deep Cleaning
Detailed cleaning for a first visit, overdue maintenance or visible buildup. Includes all applicable Standard tasks plus reachable high dust, vents, fans and light fixtures; cabinet tops and exteriors; stovetop grates, hood and controls; detailed tub/shower work; hand-wiped reachable baseboards, doors, frames and trim; and floor edges and safe lightweight-item detail.
Move-In / Move-Out
Cleaning for an empty or mostly empty home before or after a move. Appliance or cabinet interiors, interior windows and tracks, wall washing, debris removal and other add-ons are included only when specifically quoted.
Veteran Home Reset
Veteran-only light Home Reset support is available by separate quote, whether you pay privately or also receive VSG-coordinated services. Reset & Contain is $30 per 30-minute block ($60/hour), rounded once over the visit's reset time. Tasks and the time allowance are agreed before work; extra time requires approval. VSG-authorized tasks follow their program terms and are not charged twice. No hoarding cleanup, heavy organizing, biohazards or heavy lifting.
What We Clean
The approved estimate or authorization controls the exact scope. Typical tasks may include the following.
Kitchens
- Counters, sinks, backsplashes, cooktop surfaces, appliance exteriors, and cabinet fronts. Appliance and cabinet interiors are add-ons only when quoted.
Bathrooms
- Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and bathroom floors using standard residential cleaning methods.
Floors
- Vacuuming and mopping appropriate floor surfaces, plus reachable edges included in the approved service. Specialty polishing or restoration is not included.
Bed Making
- Straightening bedding and changing linens when requested and clean replacement linens are provided.
Dusting
- Reachable shelves, fixtures, window sills and other approved surfaces. Deep Cleaning includes detailed cleaning of reachable baseboards, interior doors, frames and ordinary trim in the approved rooms. Extra-heavy or ornate trim is quoted separately when needed.
General Cleaning
- Ordinary refuse disposal, basic tidying for cleaning access, and upkeep of living spaces. Veteran Home Reset is an exclusive, separately quoted add-on that is not included in standard cleaning. These aren't open-ended organizing or hoarding services.
Optional work: Appliance and cabinet interiors, detailed interior windows, laundry and approved light Home Reset tasks are included only when listed in your quote. Move-In/Move-Out work is individually scoped; other requested tasks must be assessed and expressly approved.
Service limits: We do not provide hoarding remediation, biohazard cleanup, active-infestation remediation, heavy lifting or moving, unsafe-height work, specialty restoration, medical or personal care, supervision, transportation, errands or meal services.
